At Ulanka, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new footwear; if they don't fit perfectly, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and inside the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ulanka customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping parcel, ensuring you include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
